   It took 45 days. I ‘ve had Zero 9 (Kwheel) before Zero 10 (Macury) equals 52v 13Ah. I’m very disappointed, the maximum speed is the same as the 9 = 46 km/h. I checked the settings and all ok (with maximum power). The low power difference with the 9 (it has 400W more where?). Battery life is the worst, don’t run more than 25km. Speed 39 km/h. On Smooth Road and 78 kg. No one buys 1000W to go slow. When you accelerate, the voltage drops 4,5 volts, if you reach 30% battery, you don’t make more miles. Because the voltage drops where the power cuts. Disc brakes are the most basic and cheapest; 9 and 10 brake well, not much difference. The 10 is bigger and heavier, if you have doubts between them, think about it. Is it worth paying more for having almost the same but bigger? Is the 9 Kwheel more optimized than 10 Macury? Honestly, now that I ‘ve tried it, if I could change it, I ‘d trade it for one with 2 engines

   I ordered the Grace 10 with 52V 18.2Ah battery so I would basically get what they are selling in Canada as the Zero 10. Item came exactly as described, and I am super happy with my purchase. Took just under 2 months to arrive, but it is well worth the wait…and did not have to pay anything after the initial sale. Conversed a number of times regarding delivery status, and the store always responded very quickly with the info I required. I do recommend this seller…based on my experience and would definitely buy from them again.

   It took a little longer than expected but it’s worth it! He’s arrived in perfect condition. For those who have steep ramps in their locality as in my case, don’t hesitate, it goes up smoothly (my weight 80kgs + backpack).
